Doreen Linneman, The Playwright
Doreen is always bringing her "A-game" to the table. Her rock-solid expertise includes business consulting, strategy, creative thinking and technology, including mobile and web-based applications.
With the same creative vision that led to the formation of 12th Night Mobile, Doreen founded iShake, an info-tainment company focused on lifestyle and entertainment software applications for mobile devices and the web. As iShake's chief executive officer, she steers the company's strategic direction while forging new innovative ideas and partnerships.
In 2002, Doreen founded The Riverbend Group, a people development company that provides its customers with management consulting, professional development and team building services. All of Riverbend's deliverables are customized to meet the specific, well-defined needs and expectations of its clients. Riverbend's industry expertise includes technology, health care, sports and real estate.
Doreen's entrepreneurial spirit first surfaced when she joined Triangular Health, a start-up software company, as vice president of product and business development. Her technology experience dates back to her previous employment, both domestically and internationally, with SYNAVANT, a CRM and business analytics company. While at SYNAVANT, Doreen served as director of global strategic solutions, director of global marketing communications and director of marketing Latin America.
Her serious addiction to providing first-class customer service stems from working at Johnson & Johnson as both a salesperson and internal consultant. The critical importance of understanding the customer's needs first and then presenting a solution will forever be ingrained in both her and her team's philosophy.
Doreen holds a master of business administration (MBA) in marketing and management from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a bachelor of arts with a pre-med and chemistry concentration from Vanderbilt University. She has been published in Product Marketing Today and has spoken at many industry conferences and networking events.
In attempting to maintain a balanced life, Doreen is a dedicated athlete, including triathlons, XTerra, tennis and team sports. She is a three-time Ironman finisher. In addition to her constant training, Doreen is an active member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church and a board member for IDEALS, a nonprofit that provides focused leadership training to high school student athletes.
Christina Gullett, The Choreographer
Christina is all about getting things done. She values action and ensuring that people and resources are properly aligned to meet client expectations in terms of a project's budget, timeline and quality.
Her remarkable know-how was cultivated through a perfect blend of work and education experiences that include multi-million dollar project management, bold creativity and design consulting, and full lifecycle management of bringing mobile applications to market.
In addition to 12th Night Mobile, Christina serves as director of operations for iShake, an info-tainment company focused on lifestyle and entertainment software applications for mobile devices and the web. She leads day-to-day operations while managing creative, content, and specification development for iShake's product portfolio.
Christina's project management expertise stems from her managerial role for a custom, high-end residential renovation company. She became, and has remained, a master of orchestrating the needs, wants and personalities of her designers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. Her responsibilities also included corporate advertising and marketing, as well as invoicing, payroll and scheduling.
Christina first put her creativity to work as an art teacher for middle school and high school students. Examples of her success include developing a novel course that integrated art and technology, as well as sponsoring a daily television broadcast.
Christina holds a bachelor of fine arts in art education from Georgia State University. In addition, she attended the University of Georgia where she studied graphic design. Christina is a loving wife and mother of two growing boys, as well as an energetic member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church. She is also an accomplished triathlete and former high school swim team coach.
Doug Linneman, The Director
Doug loves talking strategy and tactical alignment. He's typically the first person to roll up his sleeves and help people in whatever capacity he is needed. Brainstorming, creativity, problem-solving, excellence and being level-headed are some of the valuable attributes he carries in his tool belt.
With a rich and diverse eighteen years of business experience, Doug has a wealth of knowledge from which to draw from as he helps people achieve their goals. His experience includes high-technology, media relations and marketing communications, project management and business consulting.
As a senior account executive for Dallas, Texas-based Springbok Technologies, a media relations and marketing communications firm specializing in the high tech industry, Doug led the development and execution of his clients' public relations campaigns. Two of his primary accounts were STARTech Early Ventures, which creates or invests in seed and early stage technology-based companies, and Handango, which is a leading provider of smartphone applications globally for the BlackBerry, Palm, Windows Mobile, Symbian OS, and Linux platforms.
In a consulting role, Doug currently leads the marketing and public relations initiatives for iShake, an info-tainment company focused on lifestyle and entertainment software applications for mobile devices and the web. He also likes to throw in his two cents when it comes to application design and consumer demand.
For seven years, Doug has been a consultant with The Riverbend Group, a people development company that provides management consulting, professional development and team building services for its clients. In addition to his roles as a client engagement leader and facilitator, Doug manages Riverbend's marketing efforts, including the company's web site and public relations activities.
Doug holds a master of business administration (MBA) from SMU's Cox School of Business where he concentrated in entrepreneurship and marketing. He also holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering and a bachelor of arts in liberal arts from the University of Delaware.
He enjoys bouncing ideas off his wife, Jennifer, and newborn son, Carpenter, as well as participating in athletics. Doug is an active member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church and SMU, where he is currently serving a three-year term on the school's Alumni Board. With a do-it-yourself mentality, he loves renovating properties in his "free-time." Doug is a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
